Role Overview
The OPD Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with outpatients and their families to identify their post-hospital care needs and offer appropriate homecare services. These services encompass nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment provision, diagnostics, and remote patient monitoring. The role demands excellent communication, empathy, and sales skills to effectively convert patient consultations into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with OPD patients and attendants to present the suite of Medanta Homecare services.
- Assess patients’ medical conditions to suggest suitable homecare options in collaboration with medical and nursing staff.
- Inform patients about the advantages, procedures, and costs associated with homecare services.
- Liaise with the Homecare operations team to facilitate efficient patient onboarding.
- Document daily interactions, leads generated, and successful conversions accurately.
- Generate leads within the hospital setup, including OPD, pharmacy, and laboratories.
- Meet or exceed targets set for homecare service enrollments and revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to increase referral rates.
Eligibility Criteria
