Job Overview
Tee Commerce is seeking a meticulous and proactive Online Shop Success Coordinator to serve as a primary contact for customer service. This position involves assisting customers with order inquiries and managing the return and exchange processes to deliver a highly positive post-purchase experience aligned with each club's brand standards.
Key Duties
- Provide direct support to customers by answering questions promptly and courteously to enhance shopping satisfaction.
- Oversee the returns and exchanges, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently and uphold customer happiness.
- Lead the creation and ongoing enhancement of online stores for new and current clients, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate new client onboarding by gathering essential shop data such as logos, product choices, and customization preferences.
- Offer ongoing client support for shop-related questions, updates, and troubleshooting, maintaining high responsiveness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to streamline order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Contribute to company-wide projects as required, supporting overall expansion and success.

- Comfortable using spreadsheets or databases for tracking client statuses and store updates.
- Interest or knowledge in golf and its industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging between $55,000 and $60,000.
