TalentPop App is hiring a remote Brand Concierge focused on e-commerce sales and order support. In this position, you will help shoppers move smoothly through the buying journey, recover lost sales, and provide a polished, personal experience that strengthens trust and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

Your core focus will be customer engagement, conversion support, and maintaining a premium brand experience across multiple channels.

  • Handle customer conversations through chat, email, phone, and SMS for order help, product questions, and after-purchase support, while keeping conversion and customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Look for chances to increase order value through upselling, cross-selling, and bundling products.
  • Support recovery efforts for subscriptions, winbacks, abandoned carts, and similar sales follow-ups that help improve retention.
  • Assist with tracking orders, processing returns and exchanges, and handling cancellation requests when there is a chance to save the sale.
  • Communicate in a way that reflects the brand’s voice and delivers a high-touch concierge-style experience.
  • Keep customer information accurate and share useful patterns or insights that can improve sales performance and the customer journey.
  • Work with internal teams to apply feedback and improve conversion-focused workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of remote or online experience in sales and customer support.
  • Previous e-commerce experience is required, especially in upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, winback efforts, post-purchase service, or product bundling.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and close opportunities.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience over phone, email, or chat.
  • Experience with Shopify, CRM platforms, or customer engagement tools is an added advantage.
  • A self-driven, target-focused mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • You must have a personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or better.
  • You need a reliable internet connection with minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps each.
  • A quiet and professional space for handling calls is required.
