Influencer Partnerships Specialist

About the Role

TalentPop App is hiring an Influencer Partnerships Specialist to help create creator-led campaigns that contribute to real revenue growth for e-commerce brands. This role is about more than running promotions; it involves building meaningful partnerships and making sure the right creators, messaging, and execution come together for measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is someone who works with a strong sense of ownership, moves quickly, and wants their contributions to directly influence business results. The position is fully remote and best suited to someone who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning through final delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who fit the brand’s objectives and audience.
• Develop durable working relationships with influencers and external partners.
• Write clear campaign briefs that guide creators toward strong content output.
• Oversee schedules, deliverables, and overall campaign execution with limited oversight.
• Measure campaign performance and use results to improve future initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep campaigns aligned, effective, and on schedule.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of practical experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Prior experience managing campaigns and understanding the drivers of performance.
• Confident communication style when dealing with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of social platforms, current trends, and creator communities.
• Ability to combine creative thinking with performance data and analysis.
• Self-directed, well-organized, and comfortable working in a remote, high-energy setup.

Technical Requirements

• Access to a personal PC or laptop capable of running multiple tools and platforms.
• Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
