Job description
Role overview
This role supports the onboarding of new restaurant partners in Canada, guiding them from signed contract through to a successful launch on the platform. You will be the main contact during implementation, helping each partner get configured correctly, trained effectively, and technically prepared to go live.
The position combines customer-facing communication, structured coordination, and practical problem-solving. You will manage several onboarding tracks at once, work closely with internal teams, and turn product capabilities into clear operational benefits for non-technical users. It is well suited to someone who takes ownership, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants to make an immediate business impact.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee the complete onboarding journey for restaurant partners, starting with setup and ending at go-live.
- Provide consultative configuration of software tools according to each restaurant’s workflow and guest experience needs.
- Run remote training sessions for restaurant staff so they can confidently adopt the platform and related processes.
- Handle technical implementation activities, including integrations and support for third-party setup.
- Keep a busy onboarding queue moving while balancing quality, speed, and customer experience.
- Work across Sales, Support, Billing, and Customer Success to clear blockers and resolve implementation issues.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation to make onboarding tasks faster and more efficient.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and help refine onboarding best practices over time.
What you need
- 4 to 5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality operations, or SaaS support.
- Background in leading training or onboarding for non-technical users on digital or software products.
- Strong verbal and presentation abilities, especially in remote customer conversations.
- Comfort managing several projects at once in a structured, deadline-focused setting.
- Working knowledge of CRM or collaboration platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, or comparable tools.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is a strong plus.
- Exposure to SaaS implementation, POS systems, or web-based integrations would be advantageous.
- Ease with AI tools or automation solutions that improve productivity and workflow.
- A customer-first mindset with strong troubleshooting and consultative problem-solving skills.
Benefits and perks
- Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility.
- Full coverage package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Substantial paid leave, covering vacation, public holidays, birthday leave, and sick time.
- Remote work setup with occasional collaboration across global teams.
- Paid parental leave and volunteer time off.
- Mental health and wellness support, including therapy access and wellness subscriptions.
- Learning and development allowance with access to training tools and career growth programs.
- Employee discounts and additional lifestyle benefits.
- An annual company-wide recharge week for rest and recovery.
