Role Overview

The On-Site Technical Producer / Digital Delivery Lead will be Imerza’s key on-site representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires liaising between the client and Imerza's global production and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment with client needs. The lead will provide direct support for client usage of Unreal Engine projects, assisting in navigation and showcasing project features to the client.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as Imerza’s on-site liaison, translating client requirements into actionable instructions for delivery and production teams.
• Serve as the daily communication bridge between the client and Imerza to enable prompt request processing.
• Offer hands-on assistance for minor Unreal Engine tasks such as opening levels, locating assets, and demonstrating functionalities.
• Educate the client on navigating and effectively presenting the Unreal Engine projects managed by Imerza.
• Carefully document, prioritize, and communicate client feedback and change requests to internal teams.
• Diligently troubleshoot minor technical issues encountered on-site and escalate complex challenges appropriately.
• Promote Imerza’s offerings within the client organization by identifying opportunities to expand project scope and services.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Practical experience and familiarity with game engines, especially Unreal Engine, including level navigation and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that allow complex technical concepts to be conveyed clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles such as production, implementation, or technical support.
• Capacity to work autonomously on-site while effectively coordinating with remote teams across different time zones.
• Excellent organizational aptitude and acute attention to detail in gathering and relaying project requirements.
• Skill in presenting and navigating 3D and real-time content to client audiences.
• Willingness to relocate or be based in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ demands and remain effective in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Experience related to architectural visualization, digital twins, or real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine Blueprints, level design workflows, or content pipelines.
