Job description

Role overview

This position is responsible for keeping the Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) program aligned with aviation regulations, company governance standards, approved manuals, and international requirements. The role supports the ongoing development, execution, monitoring, and improvement of MPL compliance and regulatory processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the MPL program remains compliant with GCAA CAR-FCL, CAR-OPS, IOSA, and the approved training structure.
  • Track regulatory changes and evaluate how they affect MPL training, manuals, procedures, and approvals.
  • Keep an up-to-date record of compliance status, approvals, deviations, corrective actions, and other MPL regulatory items.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory paperwork, including approvals, exemptions, and amendments tied to MPL operations and training.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and regulator reviews by gathering evidence, preparing responses, and following through on actions.
  • Maintain controlled MPL documentation such as training manuals, policies, procedures, and syllabi.
  • Make sure training records, instructor credentials, assessment files, and competency evidence are complete and ready for audit checks.
  • Monitor the status and validity of simulator approvals, training devices, courseware, and training standards.
  • Help implement and oversee competency-based training and assessment processes.
  • Serve as the main coordination point between Flight Operations Training, Safety, Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, and aviation authorities on MPL matters.
  • Work with internal teams and outside training providers to keep compliance requirements aligned and close findings on time.
  • Support management reviews, governance forums, and compliance reports covering MPL performance.
  • Follow audit observations, findings, corrective action plans, and closure progress for MPL compliance activities.
  • Contribute to safety investigations, occurrence reviews, and risk assessments that affect MPL training operations.
  • Produce regulatory reports, compliance dashboards, KPI updates, and management summaries covering approvals, instructor currency, trainee progress, authority correspondence, trends, and possible compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • English fluency is required.
  • At least 1 year of corporate experience is needed.
  • Total experience expected: 3 to 5 years.

Information security requirements
