Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Office & HR Admin Assistant to maintain seamless operations at our London studio and provide vital support to our global HR activities. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about assisting others, attentive to details, and aspiring to develop a career within office management, HR, or the creative sector.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will help ensure our London office operates efficiently by managing supplies, cleanliness, facilities, and front-of-house duties with precision. You will handle various tasks like welcoming visitors, arranging couriers, and maintaining tidy, safe communal areas, contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

In support of our HR functions, you will assist with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding of new employees, monitoring probation periods, coordinating foundational training, and maintaining HR records and systems.

You will coordinate with service providers, plan staff perks, and assist with studio-wide events, fostering strong inter-team relationships through professional and timely communication.

Additionally, you will exemplify consistency, positivity, and accountability to enhance team morale and collaboration. Your role includes practicing sound judgement, asking for assistance as needed, and eventually mentoring others by sharing clear insights and knowledge.

From a commercial perspective, you will adhere strictly to purchasing protocols, keep organized records, and contribute to operational efficiency and cost-management awareness.

Candidate Profile

This role requires enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn rather than extensive past experience. Desired traits include:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and spoken
  • A reliable and proactive disposition
  • Attention to detail and competent use of basic digital tools
  • Good judgement and confidentiality awareness
  • Experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or retail is advantageous but not mandatory

Working Conditions

This full-time position is located at our London studio, requiring attendance five days a week from 9am to 6pm.
