Job Overview
The role is focused on ensuring a clean, organized, and smoothly functioning office environment through a variety of support tasks including cleaning, serving refreshments, administrative help, visitor management, and running errands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises, including kitchens, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors, including assistance with catering for meetings and events when needed.
- Support office personnel by assisting with simple administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Run basic errands such as visiting the post office, delivering documents, and purchasing supplies or groceries.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them and directing them appropriately, managing visitor registrations, and ensuring their comfort.
- Assist other departments like HR, finance, or sales by providing administrative support when required, especially during company events or meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
