Position Summary
The Office Coordinator will ensure smooth operations at the Los Angeles office by managing reception duties, office upkeep, and coordination of supplies and events. This role acts as a welcoming face of the e.l.f. brand and supports various logistical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and manage guests and visitors with professionalism.
- Coordinate weekly food deliveries and manage larger catered events as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of common areas including kitchen and restrooms through regular checks.
- Oversee the e.l.f. product inventory closet by replenishing and organizing stock.
- Handle office mail, manage messenger and delivery services, including creating shipping labels and invoices for FedEx.
- Organize and facilitate office events, including procuring supplies and managing setup and teardown.
- Take on various miscellaneous projects and assignments as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an Office Coordinator or Office Manager role.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions in an open environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Outgoing, positive personality adaptable to change.
- Professional and warm communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot effectively.
- Comfortable engaging with staff at all company levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary plus an annual performance bonus program, which may reach up to 200% of the target based on company performance.
