Role Overview
An established beauty brand based in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an Office Administrator & Culture Coordinator to help keep the workplace running efficiently. This opportunity is described as a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering a chance to step into a longer-term position.
The role is centered on creating a polished, well-organized, and welcoming office atmosphere for employees, guests, clients, and candidates. The person in this position will support daily office functioning, coordinate internal culture efforts, and help maintain a positive employee experience.
Office Experience and Front Desk Support
Act as the initial contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and clients while ensuring the office presents a professional and friendly environment. Keep shared spaces such as conference rooms, kitchens, and storage areas tidy, stocked, and orderly.
Office Administration and Operations
Oversee routine workplace operations so that everything continues to function smoothly. This includes handling office supplies, equipment, shipping, mail, vendor coordination, maintenance needs, and general service requests. Serve as the main point of contact with building management and outside service providers.
People, HR, and Culture Support
Provide administrative assistance for HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee communication, and personnel records support. Help organize employee celebrations, team activities, and other culture-focused initiatives that strengthen collaboration and morale.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in office administration, executive support, office management, or a similar role is important. Strong planning, organization, project coordination, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected. Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience supporting HR-related work is considered an advantage.
