Our fastest hyper-local delivery initiative, Noon Minutes, offers a curated selection of FMCG and grocery items with delivery within 15 minutes. Presently operational in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, it provides thousands of products to customers swiftly.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft a range of beverages including different types of coffee (hot, cold, iced), teas, and frappes using automatic coffee machines.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other related equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized setup of the coffee station.
• Uphold service quality standards aligned with company policies.
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols when preparing food and drinks.
• Handle inventory management, support in receiving stock, and ensure adequate stock levels.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior experience as a barista is advantageous.
• Capability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a high-speed environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact well within the team and with customers.
• Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended durations.
