Role Overview
The Facilities Management Team Leader will be responsible for directing the daily functions of FM technicians, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high service quality and compliance with safety standards. This role is essential in supporting Noon's infrastructure by managing preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, and asset performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and allocate daily tasks and workloads among FM technicians effectively.
- Track and guarantee the timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform site inspections to uphold service quality standards.
- Handle breakdown responses and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies as well as company guidelines.
- Manage technician attendance, work schedules, shift planning, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as required.
- Monitor asset functionality and document recurring problems and potential improvements.
- Generate maintenance reports, key performance indicators, and operational updates.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management, technical operations, or maintenance roles.
- Preferably has prior experience in supervising or leading technicians.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, maintenance protocols, and problem-solving techniques.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of CMMS/CAFM software and reporting tools.
