Our Martha-Maria St. Theresien Hospital is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant in the Medical Secretariat for the Acute Geriatrics and Geriatric Rehabilitation department starting July 1, 2026. This is a full-time role encompassing 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate both outpatient and inpatient appointments while communicating with internal and external physicians, patients, and insurance providers.
- Oversee the scheduling and time management for the chief physicians in the Medical Clinic.
- Handle secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing protocols, and general administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings, events, and training sessions effectively.
- Manage record keeping and invoice processing within the Medical Clinic.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant, Practice Manager, Health Care Business Administrator, or comparable qualification.
- Preferably, experience working in secretariat or assistant roles or in a related area.
- Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector with good understanding of medical terminology.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and solid overall IT skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities coupled with a communicative, open personality and an independent, reliable, and solution-focused work style.
