Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator position in Carrigtwohill, County Cork. The role is focused on keeping office activities running smoothly by delivering day-to-day administrative support, managing communications, handling office equipment, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will help coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient support for overall business operations.
Key Duties
- Support daily office operations through general administrative assistance.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication tools.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by responding courteously to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Organize office processes and procedures to improve efficiency in routine activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in administrative support and office management.
- Confidence in using standard office equipment and communication systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
