Role overview
Careerscape is assisting a client that is hiring a Remote Entry-Level Office Administrator in the United States. The position is centered on keeping day-to-day administrative work running smoothly, organizing records, managing schedules, and supporting efficient office and business workflows.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Keep daily administrative and office functions organized and on track
- Update and maintain records, files, and business documents
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Draft reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
- Support document handling and recordkeeping tasks
- Reply to questions from both internal teams and outside contacts
- Monitor projects, deadlines, and operational follow-ups
- Manage databases and other administrative tools or systems
- Facilitate communication across different departments
- Contribute to process improvement efforts
- Assist with special assignments and operational work
- Help maintain smooth, efficient business operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or related support work
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage time well
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Professional, reliable, and service-minded approach
- Helpful if you have prior office support or administrative experience
- Helpful if you have handled scheduling and coordination before
