About the Role

Our client, located in the Greater Milwaukee area, is seeking an Office Administrator who is highly organized, customer-oriented, and enjoys facilitating daily business functions within a cooperative office setting. This position offers an hourly wage range of $20 to $28.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office activities to maintain a well-structured, efficient, and professional workspace.
  • Act as the primary contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and incoming calls.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor partnerships to support operations.
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, handle travel bookings, and prepare necessary meeting documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and diverse departments, including document handling and correspondence.
  • Support basic financial tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and orderly file management.
  • Coordinate company events, staff meetings, and other office-related activities.
  • Assist with onboarding procedures, uphold office policies, and aid HR administrative functions.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at process improvements.
  • Carry out additional operational and administrative duties to bolster organizational success.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in office administration, administrative support, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong skills in organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with capacity to maintain accuracy amidst competing demands.
  • A professional demeanor focused on customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across teams.
