Overview
This opportunity is offered through a partnering company managing the recruitment process. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and involves driving impactful off-page SEO strategies within a dynamic marketing environment focused on international growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive off-page SEO projects targeting multiple global markets to boost organic search metrics.
- Create and implement scalable backlink strategies that enhance keyword positioning, domain authority, and overall digital presence.
- Identify, assess, and secure premium backlink opportunities through strategic outreach and cultivating lasting relationships with site owners and publishers.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to recognize and seize new SEO advantage opportunities.
- Track and maintain backlink quality, mitigate risks from harmful links, and proactively manage SEO backlink health.
- Rank SEO activities by analyzing performance data and aligning with business priorities and market potential.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and various departments to ensure SEO goals align with corporate objectives and maximize organic growth.
- Innovate by testing new outreach methods, integrating AI-assisted workflows, and continually refining SEO processes to enhance global expansion efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of four years' experience specializing in off-page SEO.
- Proven results in elevating organic search rankings via strategic backlink acquisition and outreach.
- Deep knowledge of Google’s ranking factors and current off-page SEO best practices.
- Experience overseeing SEO initiatives that span multiple regions, languages, or international landscapes.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Similarweb for backlink and SEO performance analysis.
- Strong outreach, communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with the aptitude to prioritize impactful SEO opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Capable of working autonomously while effectively engaging with diverse teams within a fluid work setting.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-powered outreach, managing agencies or freelancers, and working in sectors like e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace platforms, or international SEO expansion.
