About the Role
Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is recruiting a Saudi national Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and well-being across project locations in Riyadh, Bisha, and the Eastern Province. This role sits within the Occupational Health function under QEHS and focuses on clinical support, prevention, reporting, and workplace health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate first aid and emergency nursing support for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Carry out health checks, fitness-for-duty reviews, and medical surveillance activities.
- Keep employee medical records secure, accurate, and confidential.
- Arrange vaccinations, health screenings, and occupational health initiatives.
- Support employee wellness by running health awareness and education activities.
- Track workplace health hazards and assist with incident investigations.
- Make sure first aid rooms, medical tools, and consumables are properly stocked and maintained.
- Prepare occupational health documentation and help maintain ISO 45001 compliance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Applicants must hold a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and professional classification.
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory; ACLS will be considered an added advantage.
- Relevant nursing experience of 1 to 5 years is expected, including at least 2 years in occupational health, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or corporate healthcare settings.
- Working knowledge of occupational health practices, emergency response, and Saudi health regulations is necessary.
- Strong communication, record-keeping, and teamwork abilities are important.
- Prior exposure to ISO 45001 occupational health and safety systems is preferred.
- Experience supporting workplace emergency response and health surveillance programs is also preferred.
Additional Information
This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals only. The position is based onsite across multiple project sites in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Bisha, and the Eastern Province.
