Overview
This field-based position focuses on ethical and scientific interaction with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to provide evidence-based knowledge regarding infant nutrition and Nestlé's Infant Nutrition product portfolio. The role demands clear and compliant communication about product features, benefits, and proper usage, strictly adhering to Nestlé's Code of Ethics and the Indian Code, with a firm emphasis on the principle that breast milk is the best nourishment for infants.
Key Responsibilities
- Ethically advocate Nestlé's Infant Nutrition products to healthcare professionals by transparently conveying product attributes, benefits, and appropriate usage aligned with company and Indian ethical codes, while reiterating the superiority of mother's milk.
- Ensure all Nestlé Nutrition product recommendations comply with the Indian Code, providing detailed comparisons against homemade pap and bovine milk where applicable.
- Establish oneself as a dependable source of infant nutrition and feeding practice information for healthcare providers.
- Organize and deliver high-quality scientific communication activities, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and symposiums, following company protocols.
- Identify and segment healthcare professionals within the assigned territory and develop and implement effective coverage plans and engagement cycles.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with healthcare professionals, feedback received, and scientific events conducted; submit timely reports as required.
- Explore growth opportunities within the territory and contribute to compliant demand-generation initiatives.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to guarantee the availability of appropriate and compliant scientific materials and tools for field activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree with a minimum of one year experience in field sales within the nutrition or pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrate high integrity, honesty, self-motivation, dedication to improving quality of life, and passion for promoting healthier futures.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills to foster sustainable partnerships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability in learning, reliable work ethic, and ability to operate independently within company policies and procedures.
