Role overview

For the Bremerhaven site, this position is suited to someone who wants to do meaningful work and support people in critical situations. It calls for a calm, focused person who can stay composed under pressure and make responsible decisions.

You will join the emergency call center team and help receive, process, and coordinate emergency calls as well as service-related inquiries.

Key duties

• Take incoming emergency calls and process them appropriately.
• Organize the deployment of response teams and technical services.
• Record incidents and the actions taken.
• Communicate with customers, public authorities, and emergency responders.
• Monitor alarm and security systems.

Compensation

The pay range is €18 to €25 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of deployment.
