About the role

In this position, you will help operate a control center that handles urgent calls and service-related requests in Cottbus. The role is suited to people who want their work to have a real impact, stay composed when things get hectic, and make careful, responsible decisions.

You will become part of a team that supports the intake, processing, and coordination of emergency calls and service inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming emergency calls.
• Coordinate emergency response personnel and technical services.
• Record incidents and the actions taken.
• Communicate with customers, public authorities, and emergency responders.
• Monitor alarm and security systems.

Compensation

The pay is stated at €18 to €25 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of deployment.
