Role overview

You will join the emergency control center team and contribute to receiving, handling, and coordinating emergency calls as well as service-related requests.
Key responsibilities
- Receive incoming emergency calls and process them appropriately.
- Coordinate response teams and technical support services.
- Record incidents and document the measures taken.
- Communicate with clients, authorities, and emergency personnel.
- Monitor alarm and security systems.
Compensation
The pay ranges from €18 to €25 per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of deployment.
