Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced North Indian cook to prepare traditional dishes such as curries, lentils, and breads with consistent quality and authentic flavor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare North Indian cuisine including curries, dals, and breads maintaining consistent taste each time.
- Make dough and cook items using a tandoor or on a hot plate.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, counters, and cooking surfaces.
- Manage inventory by monitoring food stocks and assist in minimizing food wastage.
Job Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience working in a kitchen.
- Proficient in handling local spices, herbs, and traditional cooking methods.
- Understand and follow basic food safety and hygiene regulations.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 INR.
