Position Overview
As a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will engage directly with clients on a one-on-one basis, providing compassionate non-medical support that enables seniors to age in place peacefully and safely in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- Assisting with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting mobility and providing medication reminders
- Offering transportation for appointments and errands
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- References that can confirm previous work experience and professionalism
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Strong communication skills coupled with compassion, maturity, and empathy
- Dependability with punctual and reliable work habits
Work Schedule & Hours
- Flexible shift options include 4, 8, 10, or 12 hour durations
- Day, night, and overnight shifts available
