About the Role

The Non-Inventory Receiver position involves collaborative work with fellow team members and the SPM to manage the flow of non-inventory items such as Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies, corrugate materials, safety gear, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial truck (PIT) to unload and precisely store non-inventory goods.
- Arrange and maintain packaging and shipping supplies in organized kanban and supermarket systems.
- Receive items into Amazon’s Coupa purchasing system, including accurate data entry and investigation of missing shipments.
- Assist accounts payable with payment-related queries.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts using the Coupa system to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Deliver shipping materials and consumables to respective departments.
- Support Procurement Analysts in managing shipping supply stock levels.
- Promote safe working practices through coaching associates and promptly report any workplace injuries to management.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team management.
- Skills in planning, using performance metrics, and driving process improvements.
- Availability to work at least 38 hours weekly with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
