Role Overview
We are inviting applications for a values-driven Non-Executive Director to join our Board, tasked with providing oversight, rigorous evaluation, and constructive feedback across the Board's comprehensive agenda, with a specialized focus on digital transformation and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities and Contributions
The successful candidate will offer strategic guidance on leveraging innovation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to enhance outcomes for patients, staff, and wider populations. This role includes accountability to members and community stakeholders, upholding exemplary standards of integrity and governance, and actively supporting our transformational initiatives.
Candidate Profile
We seek a seasoned executive with considerable board-level or similar experience within complex, regulated, and client-oriented settings. Prior NHS experience is not mandatory but a demonstrated history of leading digital innovation and large-scale technology-driven change, including governance and risk management, is essential. The person must be an inclusive leader comfortable within a unitary board framework and devoted to improving the welfare, performance, and equity for diverse staff and communities served.
