Nights Team Member - Premier Inn Fort William

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nights Team Member to join the Premier Inn Fort William hotel team. This role involves overseeing the comfort and security of our overnight guests, providing a calm and supportive presence to ensure they enjoy a restful stay. No prior experience is required, and an immediate start is available.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay up to £15.16 during night shifts
• Work schedule consists of 38 hours per week
• Permanent contract with no zero-hour arrangements

Role Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight support to guests, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Utilize problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise during the night
• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards within the hotel premises
