Role Overview
Launch your career with Staycity in Front Office as a Night Audit team member and help us create unforgettable moments for our guests together.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a passionate host and representative of our establishment, focusing on comprehensive and excellent guest service.
- Manage the Front Office during night shifts and attend to guests' needs overnight.
- Prepare and execute daily reconciliations and close the day’s accounts within our system.
- Prepare arrival and departure documentation for the following day.
- Support other departments as needed, including assisting the breakfast service in arranging breakfast platters.
- Perform minor cleaning duties in public areas when required.
Requirements
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with guests and demonstrating outstanding hospitality skills.
- Initial experience in Front Office roles and working night shifts.
- Confident use of relevant department IT systems; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
- Team player with dependability, motivation, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
- Presentable and polished appearance along with excellent manners.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
