The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, encompassing customer service, security, and light housekeeping to guarantee guest comfort and safety.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include managing late-night arrivals and check-ins, addressing guest requests and concerns professionally, conducting security patrols, assisting with event setups, performing light cleaning, preparing for breakfast service, coordinating with various hotel departments, and ensuring a comprehensive handover to the morning shift.

Skills Needed

The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a good command of the English language.

Required Criteria
