Night Porter

Overview

We invite you to join our expanding hospitality family as a Night Porter. You'll have an essential role in guaranteeing the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine security patrols and supervise security systems to safeguard the hotel and its guests.
• Deliver responsive and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and guest requests promptly.
• Keep the lobby, public spaces, and back-of-house areas clean and orderly as necessary.
• Help guests with luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Manage switchboard operations, responding courteously to guest communications.
• Prepare function rooms for breakfast service or other events.
• Report any maintenance or security concerns to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and log entries.

Qualification Criteria

• At least one year of background in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and skill in organizing priorities.
• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
