Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and heartfelt experience for every customer visit.
• Serve as the initial contact for late-night check-ins and walk-ins.
• Prioritize guest and business safety and security throughout your shift.
• Lead efficient and safe evacuation of guests and staff in the event of fire emergencies.
• Manage phone inquiries and address customer complaints to uphold guest satisfaction.
