Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during your shift, assisting with requests related to luggage and porter services.
• Maintain cleanliness of multiple hotel areas including the lobby, back office, stairwells, restaurant and bar floors, public and staff zones, and meeting room floors.
• Complete additional cleaning duties assigned by the manager on duty according to nightly checklists, which may involve setting up function rooms and breakfast areas.
• Oversee the exterior of the hotel including front entrances; ensure these spaces remain clean and tidy by tasks such as emptying bins and litter collection.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of hotel fire safety procedures to safeguard staff and guests at all times.
• Set up meeting rooms as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Capacity to perform efficiently in a dynamic, busy setting.
• Collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset.
