What you can expect

  • Hourly pay of £13.65, plus a £2.00 per hour shift allowance
  • Weekly pay

About the environment

You will be working in a fast-moving FMCG production site that can be noisy and, in some areas, refrigerated. The facility makes products with a short shelf life, so strict hygiene control is a key part of the job.

Key duties

  • Clean the factory to the required standard by following the company’s cleaning instruction cards
  • Wash machinery using chemicals and jet washers so it is ready for production to restart
  • Wipe down equipment after the main clean to make sure no residue remains
  • Follow hygiene procedures and complete cleaning within the required timeframes so production can begin on schedule

What you need

  • A solid grasp of English and basic numeracy
  • Confidence working as part of a team and communicating clearly
  • Careful attention to detail and a flexible approach to tasks
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing is helpful, but not required because full training is provided

About the employer

The company manages the full supply chain, from farms through to factory operations and customer delivery, with sites across England and Wales and an agricultural network of more than 350 farms.

About the Brackley site

The Brackley facility is one of the company’s main processing sites and handles up to 1.2 million birds each week. More than 700 people work there, supporting the delivery of high-quality products and contributing to the company’s reputation in fresh food manufacturing.

Application process

Once you apply, a Resourcing Officer from the Brackley site will contact you to discuss your CV and application in more detail. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the position.
