Night Concierge

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Concierge for an elite residential complex in London NW8. This role operates on a rotational schedule of three nights on followed by three nights off, where you will deliver outstanding concierge services during the nighttime hours to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor CCTV systems to ensure building security.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises to maintain safety and order.
• Manage access control to the development, ensuring authorized entry.
• Address and resolve resident inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate and manage the receipt of deliveries and contractor activities.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate records for each shift.
• Respond effectively and calmly in emergency situations to protect residents and property.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Presentable, wearing a smart and professional outfit at all times.
• Proactive mindset aimed at providing premium service quality.
