Essential Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Degree or diploma qualification in nursing
• Registered nurse with registration either confirmed or pending
• Awareness of current challenges in acute healthcare
• Understanding personal accountability and role within a team
• Competency in teaching and supporting learners as a practice supervisor
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and infection control responsibilities
• Ongoing personal development
• Ability to use initiative effectively

Desirable Qualifications:

• Recent academic study
• Previous experience or qualification in relevant paediatric specialties
• Experience in teaching roles
