About the Role
TechnoSphere, Inc. is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to join their team in Bullard, TX. This full-time position involves leading cross-functional projects from initial concept all the way through the commercial launch. The NPI Manager is responsible for managing and refining processes that support the successful commercialization of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to ensure efficient and consistent project execution.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to align project goals and timelines.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Build and maintain scalable, repeatable models for product launches.
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-project-volume environment requiring strong organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, project management, or product commercialization.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects effectively.
- Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SOP creation and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel (10-15%) to manufacturing plants for trials and startups.
- Plant visits may involve exposure to diverse temperature ranges and typical manufacturing conditions.
