Role overview

US Fertility is hiring a New Patient Liaison to support prospective patients in a remote setting. The organization is a physician-led fertility network focused on improving patient experiences, advancing reproductive medicine, and helping families grow through compassionate care and clinical excellence.

This position is for an immediate opening and offers the chance to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare environment while working closely with patients, clinicians, and operational teams.

Schedule and compensation

  • Workdays are Monday through Friday.
  • Daily hours vary as needed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Pay is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What the job involves

  • Handle incoming phone calls and digital messages from people looking for fertility care in a prompt, courteous, and compassionate way.
  • Share accurate details about services, appointment scheduling, and next steps while addressing questions with empathy.
  • Book new patient consultations according to provider availability, patient needs, and clinic procedures.
  • Act as a supportive first point of contact for patients who may be feeling stressed, uncertain, or emotionally overwhelmed.
  • Work with clinical staff, practice teams, and leaders to create a smooth handoff from initial inquiry to scheduled care, including more complex situations.
  • Record patient conversations, important details, and scheduling outcomes carefully in the appropriate systems to maintain continuity and data accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and manage workflows for specialized patient groups, including oncology patients and partner-program participants with enhanced benefits.
  • Follow HIPAA rules, privacy requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
  • Take part in quality checks, training, and coaching sessions to improve patient service, communication, and operational accuracy.
  • Follow up with patients in a timely and appropriate manner to help them access care and complete scheduling.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with professionalism, emotional sensitivity, and a high level of accountability. Success in this role depends on accuracy, empathy, and the ability to work independently while still functioning well within a team.

Qualifications and experience

  • An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, call center work, or a healthcare-related role is required.
  • Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
  • The ability to listen actively and explain information clearly and supportively is important.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately across multiple systems is essential.
  • The role requires both independent work and effective collaboration with others.
  • Bilingual ability is an advantage.
