About the Role
Skills Group is seeking two dedicated New Enrolments Specialists to become part of our Learner Services team located at our East Tāmaki campus in Auckland, New Zealand. As a primary contact for our learners, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment journey. Your role involves collaborating closely with both learners and internal departments to assist throughout the enrolment process, overseeing learner data in several systems, and guaranteeing accurate and efficient enrolment handling.
Responsibilities
- Guide learners through the enrolment procedures, delivering outstanding customer support.
- Accurately handle enrolment records across various platforms while adhering to service standards.
- Follow up on incomplete information and resolve any issues related to enrolments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners and internal teams across the organization.
- Ensure learner records are up to date and comply with organizational guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the learner experience.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, administrative, operational, or processing roles.
- Strong dedication to customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport effectively.
- High attention to detail with capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with multiple systems and quick to adapt to new technologies; experience with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
- Experience in education, training, or vocational sectors is beneficial.
