  • Create and implement detailed national and local account strategies to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Manage the market access approach, including pricing, reimbursement and discussions with hospital pharmacies.
  • Spot and pursue new opportunities in secondary care and Integrated Care System networks.
  • Plan and coordinate stakeholder mapping and engagement across the UK healthcare system.
  • Gather customer feedback and patient flow information and use it to guide decision-making.
  • Work closely with Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Sales colleagues to deliver shared goals.
  • Ensure all activity follows the ABPI Code of Practice and wider regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor KPIs and communicate performance against account plans clearly and consistently.
  • Promote best practice in key account management and effective use of CRM tools.
  • Represent Pharmanovia at congresses, meetings and other major industry events.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the UK healthcare system, ICS structures and purchasing processes in secondary care.
  • Demonstrated success influencing, negotiating and engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Prior exposure to oncology products and hospital-based specialists.
  • Commercially oriented with a history of strong performance and sales delivery.
  • Experience with Advance Budgetary Notification (ABN) and national access routes.
