Job description
Role overview
This is a strategic commercial operations role focused on strengthening dealer channel performance across the United States. The position centers on pricing governance, contract administration, and process excellence to help drive consistency, profitability, and scalability across a national dealer network. It serves as a key coordination point between sales, finance, legal, and operations teams, with a strong emphasis on analysis, structure, and execution.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational ownership. Success in this position will directly support revenue growth through better pricing structures, rebate management, and dealer support processes.
What you will do
- Build, manage, and continuously improve dealer pricing frameworks, discounting models, rebate programs, and promotional pricing across the national channel.
- Evaluate pricing results, margin movement, and market positioning to guide commercial decisions and profitability outcomes.
- Assess and approve special pricing requests, incentive programs, bid support, and exceptions while staying within company policy.
- Own dealer contract processes from end to end, including preparation, review, renewals, amendments, compliance follow-up, and record keeping.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and sales partners to ensure contracts are executed correctly and commercial terms remain aligned.
- Keep centralized pricing, contract, rebate, and dealer operations data accurate, current, and controlled.
- Improve dealer workflows covering order handling, claims, approvals, and communication processes.
- Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and KPI reports to monitor dealer performance, pricing impact, and contract adherence.
- Support enhancements to ERP, CRM, and dealer management platforms, including automation and systems integration efforts.
- Act as a bridge between dealer sales teams, operations, finance, and senior leadership to align execution with channel strategy.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, audits, compliance reviews, and planning efforts for the dealer network.
- Spot operational risks and implement practical mitigation steps to improve efficiency and scale.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, channel operations, dealer support, or commercial operations.
- Direct experience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks.
- Strong command of pricing strategy, margin analysis, financial evaluation, and commercial decision-making.
- Background in contract lifecycle management, including negotiation support, renewals, compliance, and documentation.
- Advanced analytical ability with strong Excel skills and experience using reporting tools.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or dealer management platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to solving problems.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, imaging, or distribution is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of dealer incentive programs, rebate structures, and channel pricing approaches is an added advantage.
- Exposure to process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel about 10% when needed.
Benefits and perks
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Life insurance.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Opportunity to contribute in a national-scale channel operations role with meaningful business impact.
- Exposure to pricing strategy, commercial operations, and cross-functional leadership work.
- Career growth opportunities within a global organization.
- A collaborative, structured environment focused on operational excellence.
- Potential involvement in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
