Role Overview
Are you passionate about precision, coordination, and bringing promotional plans to life seamlessly? We seek a National Accounts Coordinator to join our Sales team in Hahndorf, South Australia, supporting a cherished local brand. This newly established position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role, managing customer accounts, orders, promotions, and cross-team collaboration to ensure our products are delivered flawlessly to the shelf every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the pivotal support for the Accounts team, providing daily and ad hoc assistance to maintain smooth customer account management.
- Manage detailed processing of orders, address and resolve issues, and maintain precise customer and system data.
- Coordinate promotional activities by setting up, submitting, and updating promo details, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely, error-free execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate efficiently with customers, Field Sales, Marketing, and Account teams to confirm promotional frameworks and facilitate perfect in-store execution.
- Maintain and manage customer portals, prepare sales and promotional reports, delivering accurate and timely data for Account Managers’ decisions.
- Support trade activation and post-promotion reporting, analyzing results to improve future campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Commercially astute individual with a background in Business or Marketing and a proactive approach.
- Experience in sales operations, preferably in a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Strong proficiency in promotional management and confident use of systems to ensure accurate data handling.
- Natural collaborator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Comfortable with technology including customer portals, promotion platforms, and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, analytical thinker turning data insights into confident decisions.
- Commitment to accuracy and detail as foundational to excellent results.
