Role overview
Nestlé Ireland is hiring a National Account Executive for a fixed-term assignment of up to 12 months. This position sits within the Ireland Sales Team and is based at the Dublin head office with a hybrid arrangement of roughly 2 to 3 in-office days each week.
The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely administrative support so customer plans are executed correctly across internal and external stakeholders. It also involves compliant handling of promotions and contracts through VisualFabriq.
This is a temporary, full-time opportunity, and flexible working arrangements can be discussed to suit individual needs.

Key responsibilities
- Keep customer communication clear and effective, and complete the documentation needed to ensure customer plans and promotion proposals are executed accurately.
- Review and process customer cost cards, checking that all details such as EANs, pack sizes, line codes and pricing are correct, and resolve issues with the customer where needed.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual payment information for customers.
- Manage MAP/Visicom, the system used to communicate with the field sales team.
- Support timely updates to the field sales team so they have the right information at the point of purchase.
- Assist with tracking trade spend actuals, attend trade spend reviews, and support the Sales Finance Executive with accrual management and related changes.
- Help Sales Finance validate debit notes and follow up on corrective actions when required.
