About the Company

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty was launched in 2013 by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE. The brand set out to make makeup simpler for everyone by offering products and application methods that are easy to use, easy to choose, and easy to gift. Since then, it has grown rapidly, broken records across markets and categories, and expanded into 50 markets and beyond, with more than 2,300 people worldwide contributing to its continued success.

The business has become a well-known global name in beauty, driven by innovative product launches, strong retail execution, and technology-enabled growth. Its culture values challenge, fresh thinking, teamwork, and a shared drive to create exceptional results.

Role Overview

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a National Account Executive to support the EU commercial team. In this role, you will help improve store performance, work closely with retail partners, and contribute to financial delivery, brand strength, and ongoing growth across the region.

The position calls for a commercially minded person who is comfortable balancing analytical work with creative problem-solving. You should be highly numerate, motivated by targets, commercially aware, and enthusiastic about the beauty sector.

What You Will Do

  • Compile and review weekly sales reporting, bringing together retail context, category insights, and store-level performance data to spot opportunities.
  • Stay responsive to retail movements and adjust priorities quickly to make the most of trading opportunities.
  • Support the National Account Manager with net sales and retail sales forecasting for assigned retailers or regions, while meeting finance deadlines and clearly identifying risks and upside.
  • Track, manage, and improve net sales results through strong inventory and product assortment planning, working closely with Customer Supply Chain.
  • Help ensure retailers maintain full on-shelf availability by monitoring inventory and coordinating with Supply Chain and local stock managers.
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis and reporting based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key retail partners across buying, trading, merchandising, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with retailers to plan and support the launch of new products throughout the year, complete operational paperwork on time, and secure enough stock to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the retail team and use field insight to support execution of trading plans.
  • Work with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to build and deliver annual retailer plans covering launch activity, marketing moments, events, and store or retailer animations with both acquisition and retention in mind.
  • Become the commercial team's main point of contact for stock and allocation queries from Customer Supply Chain and other operational teams.
  • Coordinate with finance on retail and net forecasts, weekly sales updates, phased forecasting, and outlooks, while highlighting both risks and opportunities.

Who You Will Work With

You will support the National Accounts team in managing the Charlotte Tilbury business across EU regions and report directly to one of the National Account Managers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar National Accounts role or within another relevant sales, commercial, or analytics function. You should be organised and structured, yet comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.

Strong numerical and analytical ability is essential, along with confidence using Excel every day and working with PowerPoint. You will need to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, build relationships at different levels, and influence others with confidence. Precision, strong communication skills, initiative, and a proactive approach are all important for success in this role.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty encourages applications from people with different backgrounds and levels of experience, as long as the key skills for the role can be demonstrated.

Benefits

  • Join a values-led, high-growth business with a mission to help people everywhere feel like the best version of themselves.
  • Enjoy a hybrid working approach with flexibility in how you work best.
  • Receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, along with an extra day for your birthday.
  • Access inclusive parental leave that supports parents and carers throughout their journey.
  • Benefit from pension and life assurance coverage for financial planning and security.
  • Use wellness and social perks such as Medicash, employee assistance programmes, and regular team social activities.
  • Take advantage of dog-friendly days and spaces at work.
  • Receive product discount and gifting benefits.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty welcomes people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, voices, beliefs, and perspectives as part of its global workforce. The company believes this helps it better serve customers, communities, employees, and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
