Job description
About the company
Newil & Bau is a housing development company founded in Helsinki in 2020. Its purpose is to make the world a more beautiful and sustainable place to live, one building at a time. Together with strong capital partners, the company has already delivered more than 1,500 homes, and it is still at the beginning of a larger ambition: to build a European housing development company that reshapes the idea of what new residential living can be.
The business is built around a scalable product concept that combines carefully considered design, curated customization options, unique services, and smart-home features that can be managed, reserved, and paid for through the N&B app. Every project is architecturally distinctive while still offering a recognizable, high-quality Newil & Bau living experience.
The current team consists of 14 complementary people with a mix of ambition, speed, and a strong bias for action. The background of the team spans private equity, finance, consulting, housing development, construction management, marketing, sales, and coding. What unites them is the drive to build the best possible housing product and make cities better places to live. If you enjoy a fast pace, ownership, personal growth, and working with fun, ambitious colleagues, this environment may suit you well.

- Accuracy and care, including under pressure
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support others

- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing situations
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a competitive salary, an equity incentive program, comprehensive occupational health care, and the option to choose modern work tools. You will also work from a comfortable office at Kasarmitori and take part in team celebrations.
