About the Role

As a Musketeer at Red Bull, you become a dynamic representative embodying the company's vibrant lifestyle. You will establish and nurture long-lasting partnerships with premier bars, restaurants, clubs, and events, persistently seeking fresh opportunities to expand Red Bull's presence. This position is full-time and remotely based within the ACT and Southern NSW regions, offering a platform to thrive in an ambitious, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Red Bull as a passionate brand ambassador, elevating its visibility across prominent cafes, bars, popular clubs, large festivals, and exclusive gatherings.
  • Build and strengthen trusted professional relationships with existing clients while forming new connections with influential figures and industry leaders in hospitality and gastronomy.
  • Act as an entrepreneurial leader for your territory, executing sales and marketing initiatives customized to your region, staying informed on trends and scouting for innovative opportunities.
  • Provide valuable business consultancy during customer interactions, leveraging negotiation skills and strategic insights to achieve mutually beneficial revenue growth surpassing past targets.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the hospitality sector, with prior experience such as bar or venue management, event promotion, or restaurant ownership highly regarded.
  • Willingness and ability to travel every three weeks within the designated region.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset combined with commercial awareness and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Professionalism, accountability, and a proactive attitude with passion for the role.
  • Existing contacts within the nightlife industry or the aptitude to quickly establish these relationships.
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours and independent operation, often involving venue visits and work during evenings or weekends.
