Overview
A prominent organization specialized in delivering extensive mission-critical infrastructure projects is seeking skilled professionals to join their teams for major MEP and ELV projects across Qatar and Saudi Arabia. These opportunities span various functions including Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Testing & Commissioning, and Estimation.

- Project & Management: MEP Project Director, Construction Manager (MEP), Contracts Manager, Commercial / Quantity Surveyor (Offshore), Planning Manager, Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Design & Technical Manager, BIM Manager, QA/QC Manager, HSE Manager
- Engineering: Senior Mechanical Technical Engineer, Senior Electrical Technical Engineer, Senior ELV / BMS / ICT Technical Engineer, QA/QC Engineer
- Site Operations: Site Foreman – Electrical, Site Foreman – Mechanical, Site Foreman – Fire Protection, ELV Foreman, Safety Officer
- Technical Support: BIM / CAD Draftsmen, Document Controller, Buyer / Expeditor (Offshore), Approvals Coordinator specialized in Civil Defense, SEC, NWC, STC/CST, NCEC
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, or assist the delivery of MEP, ELV, Fire Protection, BMS, and ICT scopes throughout project phases.
- Organize and oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Handle project scheduling, cost management, contracts, commercial aspects, logistics, procurement, and resource distribution.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including submissions, shop drawings, BIM models, and engineering outputs.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, client demands, international standards, and local regulatory rules.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate timely execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions maintaining schedule and budget compliance.
- Uphold standards for Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment, and corporate management systems.
- Support procurement, material expediting, document management, approvals processes, and administrative functions.
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel to guarantee safe and effective operations.
- Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, approvals, documentation, and project closure.
- Encourage constant improvement, operational excellence, and cost efficiency throughout project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience ranges between 5 to 25+ years depending on specific roles applied for.
- Educational qualifications include Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in MEP, ELV, Fire Protection, BMS, ICT, or multidisciplinary construction projects.
- Experience working on commercial buildings, high-rise developments, hospitals, airports, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, data centers or similar large-scale projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, health and safety regulations, and project execution processes.
- Proficient use of industry tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or counterparts when applicable.
- Experience within GCC or Middle East projects is highly favored.
- Professional certifications (PMP, MRICS, CCM, PMI-SP, NEBOSH, IOSH, LEED, Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent) add advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership competencies relevant to the chosen position.
