The bank is currently expanding its team at the Corporate Office located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, and invites committed professionals to contribute across various departments including Audit, Finance, IT, Partnerships, and Financial Inclusion.
Job Openings & Key Responsibilities
- Supervisor Branch Audit: Conduct comprehensive and surprise branch audits, develop audit programs, prepare reports with risk assessments, and ensure follow-up on audit recommendations.
- Senior Manager ADC Technical Services: Lead the team managing Raast, IRIS Switch/Host, Call Center solutions, oversee project implementations and system testing related to Card/ATM/POS services.
- Accounts Assistant: Manage vendor invoice processing using Oracle Financials ERP, assist in payment preparations, maintain accounts payable records, and support audits.
- Manager – Value Chain & Business Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with digital banking and financial inclusion goals; develop financial models and negotiate terms.
- Supervisor – Financial Inclusion & SBP Reporting: Oversee design and execution of financial inclusion programs, prepare reports via SBP DAP portal, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assistant Manager – Management Audit: Execute internal audits with precision, support audit planning and perform fieldwork, prepare audit reports, and monitor management actions.
- Interim Updates & BB Channel Officer: Handle overdue intimation letters processing, generate reports for management and auditors, monitor data uploads, and coordinate back-office functions.
- Clearing Reconciliation Officer: Review and reconcile transactions with NIFT portal, coordinate clearing house activities with SBP/NIFT, maintain clearing records, and liaise with partner banks.
Educational & Experience Qualifications
- Supervisor Branch Audit: Part Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA/PIPFA or MBA Finance/M.Com or relevant Master's degree; minimum 3 years internal audit experience.
- Senior Manager ADC Technical Services: Experience in IT project management and technical services related to financial systems.
- Accounts Assistant: Preferably Master’s in relevant disciplines; minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Manager – Value Chain & Business Partnerships: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; 10+ years overall experience with minimum 3 years in partnerships or fintech/microfinance.
- Supervisor – Financial Inclusion & SBP Reporting: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in relevant fields; 2-3 years in financial inclusion or related reporting.
- Assistant Manager – Management Audit: CA Inter/Finalist, ACCA Affiliate or equivalent; preference for audit and finance experience.
- Interim Updates & BB Channel Officer: Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum graduate; 1 year back office experience preferred.
- Clearing Reconciliation Officer: Bachelor’s in Finance/Commerce; banking operations experience preferred.
