We are expanding our team and inviting skilled professionals to apply for multiple supervisory and executive roles in production and planning.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Incharge – Lamination: Oversee lamination processes including solvent-based, solventless, and water-based machines; control adhesive mixing and material usage; prevent defects such as delamination and bubbles; manage production confirmations and stock reconciliations via SAP; lead shift teams adhering to GMP, 5S, and chemical safety protocols.
• Incharge – Bag Making: Supervise operations for various bag types like Stand-Up Pouch and Center Seal; regulate heat seal settings; conduct quality tests for seal strength and dimensional accuracy; manage raw material usage and minimize waste; ensure accurate production records and material management using SAP.
• Ink Plant Incharge: Handle ink preparation, formulation and shade matching; utilize R&K Proofer and spectrophotometer for quality control; monitor ink viscosity and resolve printing defects; oversee ink inventory with SAP; maintain lab instruments and chemical safety compliance.
• Planning Executive: Manage daily production documentation and follow-ups; create and track production orders, purchase requisitions, BOMs, and routing in SAP; facilitate new material entries; monitor resource usage; collaborate with marketing, production, and dispatch teams; prepare detailed reports using SAP.

Candidate Requirements

• Incharge – Lamination: B.Sc. or DAE in Polymer, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering or equivalent; 5–8 years of relevant lamination experience; practical knowledge of Comex/Nord machines; expertise in PU adhesive chemistry; proficiency in SAP MM/PP modules.
• Incharge – Bag Making: B.Sc. or DAE in Polymer, Mechanical, or Industrial disciplines or equivalent; 5–8 years’ experience in bag making/converting; experience with various bag-making machines; solid understanding of heat sealing and film engineering; SAP PP/MM skills.
• Ink Plant Incharge: B.Sc. in Chemistry or DAE in Chemical or Printing Technology; 5–8 years’ experience managing ink plants in flexible packaging or gravure printing; skilled with Rotogravure presses and R&K Proofer; knowledgeable in color science and spectrophotometry; SAP MM proficiency.
• Planning Executive: 1–3 years SAP S/4 HANA experience; degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced MS Excel capabilities; strong organisational skills and cross-team communication.
