About the Role
We are seeking multilingual professionals to join the customer service and content moderation teams for international clients based in Lisbon, Portugal. These are full-time, on-site roles offering several start dates over the coming months.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting clients through various customer service and content moderation tasks, ensuring quality service delivery and maintaining online platform standards.
Languages Required
- Fluency at C1/C2 level in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish), or other European languages.
Relocation Support (Depending on Project)
- Reimbursement of flight expenses to Lisbon.
- Company-sponsored or subsidized housing options.
- Assistance with necessary local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluent in one of the target languages plus a dependable working proficiency in English.
- Possession of a valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal.
- Willingness and ability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon.
